It has never been easier to analyze the performance of your memberships, courses, or even checkout pages.

Learning Objective

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the "Analytics" feature and the benefits it can provide for your business.

Introduction To The "Analytics" Feature

To access the "Analytics" feature, open your admin panel and then go to "Analytics." Once there, you'll notice that you have two choices. You can select between "Global Analytics" and "Course Analytics."

Global Analytics

Admin Panel > Analytics > Global Analytics

Global Analytics provides statistics for your entire business, the total number of users, net payments, refunded money, total payments, total refunded payments, monthly recurring revenue, and total canceled memberships for all of your courses and memberships combined.

If you scroll down the page, you'll see all these metrics graphed so you can get a better sense of what's going on in your business. If you want to gain more clarity or analyze your business more thoroughly, you can use the filter button in the top right corner to filter your analytics.

Filter Your Global Analytics

You can, for example, only use analytics for a specific time. This will change the look of your graphs, which will show you the fluctuations in payments and refunds.

The "Net Payments" section shows you how much money you received on a specific date.

The "Refunded Money" column displays how much money was refunded.

The "Total Payments" graph displays the total number of payments in units that were paid.

The "Total Refunded Payments" column shows you how many payments have been refunded in units.

You can further filter your Global Analytics by a specific course, membership, or checkout to see the fluctuation in sales for a specific product.

Course Analytics

Admin Panel > Analytics > Course Analytics

Following that, you have the option to examine the Course-Specific Analytics. To access them, click on "Course Analytics" and select the course to be analyzed.

Once you open up the analytics for a specific course, first you will see the average engagement for the particular course. You will have the option to observe how many users are currently watching or have already completed specific lessons from the course. This graph will give you a good idea of where most people stop watching your videos, which is the so-called "Drop-Off Point." Based on this information, you might introduce additional support features such as coaching calls or broadcast messages to encourage your users to finish their courses and persevere with their transformation.

As you scroll down, you will notice various further metrics. You will see how many members have bought the course, how many have it as a part of their active membership, how many members haven’t yet started, and the total number of lessons and modules in the course.

As you scroll down more, you will see the statistics for every lesson. You will see how many members haven’t yet started with the lesson, how many members are in the process of finishing it, and how many members have finished the lesson from the total number of members.
