Access The “Broadcast Message” Feature:
Admin Panel > Community > Broadcast Messages
Description:
In business, it is extremely important to be able to communicate with your clients effectively. Forlogis LMS allows you to send messages to your users via broadcast. Unlike other social media platforms, which have declining reach and delivery statistics, sending messages through our platform ensures that every user receives them.
Learning Objective
In this tutorial, you will learn how to use the "Broadcast Message" feature.
Navigating The "Broadcast Message" Feature
To begin, open your admin panel, navigate to the "Community" feature, and select "Broadcast Messages."
Once you get here, you will see all of the messages that you have broadcasted from your channel. You'll see the name of the broadcasts, their content, how many broadcasts were opened, how many links were clicked, how many "Days To Show" there are, and when the broadcasts were added.
Edit An Existing Broadcast
If you make a mistake while broadcasting your message, you do not have to delete it right away. You can correct any error you've made by pressing the "Detail" icon, accessing the message settings, making your changes, and pressing the "Submit" button.
Delete A Broadcast
When you are certain that you want to delete a broadcast message, simply click the "Delete" button.
Create A New Broadcast Message
To create a new broadcast message, click the "New Broadcast" button in the top right corner.
Afterward, fill in all the necessary information, including the message you want to share with your users and an optional text button that can take your users to a different URL. Moving on, just like with lessons, you can add Wistia or any other type of video here to make the message more personal. Afterward, you can select who will be the recipients of the message. You can limit your message to a specific membership or course.
Last but not least, you have the option to specify how long it will be visible to your users by setting the "Days To Show" to a certain number of days.
Once you’ve entered all the information you want to share with your users, click "Submit" to broadcast it.
Filter Broadcasted Messages
Lastly, there is also an option to filter broadcast messages once you have so many of them that it's hard to navigate them. You can filter them using that "Filter" function in the top right corner.
