Forlogis LMS allows you to divide your forum into multiple categories based on your community's various interests. This ensures that everything is clear and that users know where to interact with one another.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to navigate forum categories. 

Navigating Forum Categories

To begin, open your admin panel, navigate to the "Community" feature, and then select "Categories."

You will be able to create multiple different forum categories based on your audience's interests here. In contrast to Facebook groups, your users are not required to post in a single common chat. You will have multiple different categories, and later even subcategories, of communication channels where your users can interact and discuss various topics that interest them about your content.

 

Add A New Forum Category.

You can add new forum categories by clicking the "Add Category" button in the top right corner. Afterward, just enter the Category Name and Category Description, and optionally assign this category to a specific course or membership. Lastly, click the "Save" button to create it.

 

Filter Categories

Next, you have the option to filter your categories if you have too many of them and it's difficult to navigate through them.

 

Edit/Delete Categories

You can also edit existing categories

and delete them if you no longer require them.
