Admin Panel > Analytics > Course Analytics > Select A Specific Course To Be Assessed

Description:

It is essential in business to be able to assess the performance of individual products. Forlogis LMS allows you to view analytics and performance for individual courses. You will be able to see not only your users' completion and drop-off rates but also additional statistics that will provide you with objective feedback on the structure of your course.

Learning Objective

In this tutorial, you will learn how to navigate course analytics.

Navigating Course Analytics

To begin, open your admin panel, go to the "Analytics" feature, and select "Courses Analytics." Afterward, select the course whose analytics you want to evaluate.

Once you open up the analytics for a specific course, first you will see the average engagement for the particular course. You will have the option to observe how many users are currently watching or have already completed specific lessons from the course. This graph will give you a good idea of where most people stop watching your videos—where is the so-called "Drop-Off Point." Based on this information, you might introduce additional support features such as coaching calls or broadcast messages to encourage your users to finish their courses and persevere with their transformation.

As you scroll down, you will notice various further metrics. You will see how many members have bought the course, how many have it as a part of their active membership, how many members haven’t yet started, and the total number of lessons and modules in the course.

As you scroll down, even more, you will see the statistics for every lesson. You will see how many members haven’t yet started with the lesson, how many members are in the process of finishing it, and how many members have finished the lesson from the total number of members.
