It's never been easier to look up specific invoices and payments. With a few clicks, Forlogis LMS allows you to access all invoices for a single user.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to manage user orders.

Manage User Orders

To begin with, open your admin panel and navigate to the "Members" section. Once there, look for the member whose orders you want to manage. You can either use the "Filter" function in the top right corner or do it manually at the bottom of the page. Once you've found the member, click "Details,"

 

and then go to the "Orders" section in his user settings.

Once there, you can see all of the orders placed by the member. You can see the name of the order, when it was purchased, the price that has been paid, and also whether or not it was refunded.

 

Additionally, you also have the option to save the invoice to your computer as a PDF if it’s needed for accounting purposes.
