Access The “Members” Feature:

Description:

Forlogis LMS gives you access to all of the members' information and invoices directly from the admin panel. This not only simplifies the process for you, but it also saves you time because everything is in one place.

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the "Members" feature.

Introduction To The "Members" Feature

To begin, open your admin panel and navigate to the "Members" feature. This feature consists of two sections: All Members and Orders. 

 

All Members

Admin Panel > Members > All Members

First, we’ll have a look at "All Members." In this section, you can find all the members that you currently have on your platform. You will be able to see the total number of your members in the top left corner. 

 

Exporting Members' Information

If you want, you have the ability to export the members’ information to your computer. To do that, just select the members that you want to export and then press the "Export" button. You also have the option to export all your members' information by selecting all of them in the top left corner. 

 

User Information

Furthermore, on the dashboard, you will see all the information about your members. You will see their name, email, and activity—when did they last log in to the platform? The date that they were added to the platform?—and their lifetime value—how much money a specific member paid you throughout your entire business relationship. 

 

Editing and Deleting Members

Next, you have the option of editing members' information or deleting them from your database.

 

Add A New Member

If you want to add a new member to your platform, simply press the "Add Member" button in the top right corner and fill in all the required information.  

 

Filter Members

To filter your members, press the "Filter" button in the top right corner and set up your specific conditions.

 

Orders

Admin Panel > Members > Orders

Moving on, we will have a look at the second section of the members' feature—"Orders." All of the orders that have been placed on your platform will be neatly organized here.

 

You have the option to see the name of the member who has placed the order, the checkout that he used, when the order was executed, the price that the client has paid, and also whether he was refunded for that order or not.

 

If you need to download the invoice for an order, simply press the download button and the invoice will be downloaded to your computer in PDF format.  

 

Similar to the All Members section, in Offers, you can use the "Filter" function to filter your offers, or use the "Export" button to download all of your offers to your computer with the ease of a click of a button.
