Forlogis LMS, allows you to completely customize your course pricing scheme. Our clear interface allows you to seamlessly set up the pricing, giving you more time to focus on truly important tasks.

Learning Objective

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to change course pricing.

Edit Course Pricing

To begin, open your admin panel and go to the "Courses" section. There, search for the course whose pricing you wish to change. Once you've found the course, click the three dots in the upper right corner. Afterward, click "Edit," then go to "Edit Details," and open up the "Pricing" section.

When you enter the pricing section, you'll notice that you have three different options-"Pricing", "Redeem Course For Free," and "Membership Pricing."

Pricing

The Pricing section optimizes the price of the course—for how much you want to sell it to your users. If you want, you can tick the checkbox to make it available for purchase immediately from the dashboard. That means that when your free members log in to the platform, in the Upgrades section, they will have the option to purchase your course. If you don’t have it checked, your members won’t be able to buy it from the dashboard and will need to go through a separate checkout process.

Redeem The Course For Free

Next, we can proceed to the Redeem Course for Free option. When you enable this function, you will be able to send a link to your users, with which they will be able to redeem the course for free. This comes in handy, especially if you want to give a course for free to your friends or if you want to reward a user for their contribution to your community.

Membership Pricing

Moving on, we have here the Membership Pricing option. Here, you can reward your users for being a part of a particular membership by offering them a reduced price for the course. For example, if the original price is $100, they might be required to pay just $40.

Once you’re finished with any changes, simply click the "Save" button, and all your new optimizations will be successfully updated for your users.
