Admin Panel > Courses > Select A Course > Click Three Dots > Select “Edit” > Go To “Modules” > Turn On Grid Layout

Change Module Layout
To begin, open up your admin panel and go to the "Courses" section. Next, search for the course you want to change the module layout for. You can use the "Filter" function in the top right corner or do it manually at the bottom of the page. Once you’ve found the course, click on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Edit."
Afterward, go into "Modules." Once there, you will have the option to use a grid layout. When you turn it on, your module layout will be successfully updated.
To see the change, simply log into a demo user account and open the specific course. Once you open it, you'll notice that the module designs have changed.
