Admin Panel > Members > All Members > Press “Add Member” > Fill In The Required Information > Press “Save”

In this tutorial, you will learn how to manually add a new member to your platform.

Add A New Member

First and foremost, open up your admin panel and go to the "Members" section. Once there, click the button in the top right corner saying "Add Member." 

 

Step 1: Include Specifics

Afterward, simply fill in all the required information—your member’s first name, last name, email address, and the number of gamification credits you want to give them.

 

Step 2: Enter Billing Data

Next, you have the option to include billing information, which includes the company name, street, city, country code, VAT number, and zip code."

 

Step 3: Configure The Platform Language

Afterward, you can set up the default platform language for the user. 

 

Step 4: Set Up Password

And lastly, create a password. 

Once you're satisfied with the information you've entered, click "Save," and your new member will be added.
