Admin Panel > Members > All Members > Select A Member > Press “Detail” > Go To “Edit Details" > Edit User Details > Press “Save”

Description:

Forlogis LMS allows you to modify the information of previously created users. Changing billing information, platform language, or user role has never been easier.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to edit users’ information.

Edit User Details

To begin with, open your admin panel and navigate to the “Members” section. Once there, look for the specific member whose information you want to change. You can either use the “Filter” function in the top right corner or do it manually at the bottom of the page. Once you've located him, simply press the “Detail” button and then go to the “Edit Detail” section to access user settings.

 

Once you’re here, you will have the option to edit the user’s details including his name, email, and the number of gamification credits he has available. 

Next, you can modify his billing information, the default language of the platform, or also change his role.

Once you're pleased with your updates, press "Save" and all information will be saved.
