Manage Subscriptions
Access User’s Subscriptions:
Admin Panel > Members > All Members > Select A Member > Press “Detail” > Go To “Subscriptions”

Forlogis LMS gives you the ability to restore, cancel, refund, extend, or gift subscriptions to your users with the ease of a click of a few buttons.

Manage Subscriptions
To begin with, open your admin panel and navigate to the "Members" section. Once there, look for the specific member whose subscriptions you want to manage. You can either use the "Filter" function in the top right corner or do it manually at the bottom of the page. Once you've located the member, click "Details".
Once here, navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab and you will see numerous options on how you can manage your subscriptions.
Restore Subscriptions
To restore your member’s subscriptions, click on the "Restore Subscriptions" button in the top right corner and then confirm your decision.
Review Active Subscriptions
To review a user’s active subscriptions, navigate under the Active Subscriptions column. Here you will see the name of the membership to which the member is currently subscribed, the payment structure, when the subscription was created, until what date it's active, for how many days it's already running, and the state—whether it's active or canceled.
Managing Subscriptions
In the top right corner of the settings page, you have the option to cancel the membership, give your member a refund, change the start date of the subscription, or even extend the subscription for them if needed.
Give Member Subscription
Moving down the page, you have the option to give your members a subscription. To do that, select a specific membership and then choose the payment period. Once you’re done with that, simply press "Give Subscription" and it will be added for your user.
Manage Ended or Expired Subscriptions
At the bottom of the page, you will also have the option to see all the subscriptions that have currently ended or expired. This gives you a clear preview of what memberships your member has been part of in recent times.
